By accessing and using MeOnly4u ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

MeOnly4u is a digital letter delivery platform that allows users to:

• Create and design personalized digital letters
• Send letters to recipients via email or WhatsApp
• Track letter delivery and viewing status
• Receive replies from recipients (paid feature)
• Manage letter expiration and renewal

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or abusive content
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Share illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
• Use automated systems to access the Service

Payment and Pricing

Pricing

Service pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes:

• Letter creation and delivery packages
• Letter renewal packages
• Reply feature (₹11 base fee)
• Optional read notifications (₹2)

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service delivery.

Letter Content and Ownership

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us license to store and deliver your content
• You are responsible for the content you send
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Content Expiration

Letters expire based on the package purchased. After expiration, content may be deleted unless renewed. We are not responsible for expired content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Specific delivery timeframes
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers

Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeOnly4u shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services
• User-generated content or actions
• Unauthorized access to accounts

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Modify or discontinue the Service with notice

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MeOnly4u and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
